Agreement
As a dual enrollment applicant, I agree:

- To ask my guidance/school counselor for clarification on dual enrollment policies that I do not understand.
- To contact my guidance/school counselor if I find myself struggling with a dual enrollment course. I understand that I must earn a final grade of a “C” or higher in order to earn dual enrollment credit.
- To obtain approval from my guidance/school counselor prior to registering for a Quincy College dual enrollment course(s).
- To coordinate my course schedule with my guidance/school counselor prior to the end of Quincy College’s add/drop deadline in order to ensure that I am in compliance with the high school credit policy.
- To contact my guidance/school counselor prior to withdrawing from an approved dual enrollment course.
