Description
This course provides a broad exploration of various art forms and the elements and techniques peculiar to each. Students are introduced to techniques used in assemblage, painting, sculpture, collage, mono- printmaking, drawing, photography, design and architecture. This course allows students to explore such elements of the visual arts as the use of space, scale, line, contour, texture, composition, and value. The course will also familiarize students with the tools used with various media.
