Description
This course explores the visual communication skills necessary to produce an in-depth photo story with an emphasis on the photojournalism and documentary traditions of photography. Students refine their skills through shooting assignments within the context of historical and contemporary examples. This course expands and advances the digital techniques and Photoshop skills mastered in Digital Photography I.
Photo assignments require the student to have access to a camera, preferably a single-lens reflex.
Prerequisite: ART 119.
