Description
This course will prepare current and future students with the skills needed to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders. Both formal and informal communication, cross-cultural and crisis communication will be explored. Effective oral and written communication skills are critical to success in all managerial positions and play a pivotal role in the performance and effectiveness of the organization and its members. Students will develop applicable skills to enhance their professional communication skills through the creation of different types of business documents such as Request for Proposals (RFP) business proposals and reports and social media content.
