Description
A study of the applied approach to human reso urce management and administration. Emphasis is placed on policy analysis, current practi ces, future trends, and legal requirements of the recruiting, selecting, training, develop ing, compensating, evaluating and disciplinin g employees. Also included are changing demo graphics of the work force, ethics in human r esources management, and other current issues . Requires research on selected topics. Pre requisite: 45-201 (suggested).
