Description
This course introduces students to fundamental statistical methods in psychology and the behavioral sciences. Topics include descriptive and
inferential statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, and effect sizes, with direct applications to psychological research. Students will gain
hands-on experience analyzing data using statistical software (SPSS, R, or Excel) and learn to present findings in accordance with APA
guidelines. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking, ethical considerations in data analysis, and the practical use of statistics in
psychological research and practice.
