Description

This course prepares individuals on basic Adeno Associated Virus (AAV) biomanufacturing for cell and gene therapy. Include mammalian cell culture, triple transfection, quantification of AAV vector using qPCR and ELISA determination of ull and empty capsids ratio by HPLC.
