Effective communication is a critical skill for managers to possess. Studies indicate that managers spend between 75-90% of their time communicating. This demonstrates the need for students to improve their written and oral communication skills. This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive view of formal and informal communications. Students will learn the role of communication in the internal and external business environment and how best to communicate with all levels within the organization.
