Description
The course provides an overview of the major theories and approaches to the psychology of personality (psychodynamic, phenomenological, cognitive, and learning), methods of assessment and research and the development of individual behavior. Application of personality theory to
self-understanding, personal fulfillment and interpersonal relationships will be explored. Topics include historical evolution, philosophical assumptions, conceptual connectedness, and their implications for theory and practice.
